SPRING BREAK - Seattle Public Schools are closed the week of April 10-14 which means NO WEEKNIGHT GYM PRACTICES during this week. Workouts at 3D will follow their regular schedule. Make up practices will be held the following week of April 17-21. During this make up week, each team will have three practices: one solo practice, one combined practice to scrimmage with another team, and their regular 3D conditioning workout.

Wednesday 3D regular time
Thursday 6-8pm solo practice at Blaine gym

Tuesday 6-8pm solo practice at Blaine gym
Thursday 3D regular time
 
14s *you will have two solo practices instead of a solo and a scrimmage
